Dear Sir/Madam:

I am writting this letter to you to make a complain about the Music Fest in Corbette. I think that the advertise was not real at all and I am not satisfied with the experience of this festival. 

When I saw the advertisement on Internet I thaugth that these would be the best music event I have ever been but it was  not like this. When we arrived we saw that it was very bad organised, nobody knew when the concerts started nor where whe had to park. The organization was a desaster. Moreover the concerts had bad quality of sound and people got very angry. It was not what we read on the add. 

I really think you should return the money to the people that come to your festival because it was not what you had offered. I know there is a lot of money involved but it is what we want. I hope the next Music Mest will be better.
