A "FOR AND AGAINST" ESSAY
Nowadays new technologies, especially social networks, are available to everyone. These are used with absolute freely and people can write all of he want. Freedom of expression is one of the human right in "Universal Declaration of Human Rights", but to what extent a person can say what he wants.
On one hand, the opportunity for everyone to communicate through social networks is a great social advance. These networks allow us to be better informed about what is happening in the world and contrast information through the opinions of different people.
On the other hand, freedom of speech ends where it begins another person's freedom; so all that are said to go against someone or some ideal, personally, I think that this isn't freedom of speech. The insult through the network is easy, and I think I should be penalized. But not how does govern the actual Govern, I think it's better a "virtual punishment."
My opinion is clear, everyone can express their freedom of opinion whenever respectfully and without attacking the freedom of a third person.
