BCHA are looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to support teams of 15 to 17 year olds for our NCS programme over the summer of 2016, in and around Dorset and the South West.      Location                                  Various

As a Team Leader you will be motivating and encouraging your team of young people through a variety of challenges and team building activities. You will deliver and follow a range of activities designed to help develop life skills of young people.

We are looking for applicants who are passionate about working with young people, with a confident, positive and outgoing personality. This role would be well suited to teaching staff,

university students and youth workers however if you have the right attitude and can demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire others, we want to hear from you.

We require Team Leaders who can commit to working a minimum of four weeks, which will involve 2 weeks working on a full time residential basis and 2 weeks on a non residential basis.

Please ensure you are available to attend the assessment day on Tuesday 19th April.
