With this report we want to evaluate the sensory experience that Ferran Tallada's Cantina offers customers to improve and get more customers.
In the first place, I don't like see a TV inside the cantina. It's the school's bar, and I think it's not good idea.
In the second place, I don't like the decoration. It's a cold sensation that you feel when you are inside and I don't like the allocation.
I think too, that the staff could smile more, and that the offer could be of best quality and healthy.
It's too easy and cheap, work in a new ideas, colors, music, and good meals!
In conclusion, they could be a little bit creative and work with love to the people who can breakfast, lunch and make the afternoon break, every day that the school is open.
Consequently they can do all better and with a little bit of love ;)
