FIRST AID

The fisrt practice with have done was about the CPR, an important procediment for the cardiovascular emergencies. Now I'm going to explain how we did that.


Fist of all the theacher brought us a doll. We used that doll as a human to simulate a situation where we would have to do the CPR.


We imagined that we had found a person in the middle of the street on the floor and we start the sequence of the CPR:

• First of all you start checking if the victim is conscious: shaking the person by the shoulders and question him/her something, for example Are you okay? Are you listening to me?- to see if the person responds. And if the person doesn't respon we have to ask for help. 

• The next step if the victim is unconscious is open her airway to facilitate the entry and exit of air. It is achieved through the forehed-chin maneuver. To carry this out:

1. Put one hand in the forehead of the victim and the other hand holding the bone of him/her chin with the fingers.

2.Push lightly back the forehead of the vicitm while raising the chin.

• After the maneuver forehead-chin it's necessary to prove how the respiration is . If there's no breathing or if it is bad,  you ask someone to call 112.

• When you notify the emergency services, applies ressussitació maneuvering in cycles of:

- 30 chest compressions.
- 2 rescue breaths

• Resssussitació cycles continue until:

-The victim move or breathe spontaneously.
-The emergency equipment, people with more knowledge than you or someone with  health or legal capacity to assume its responsibility.
-Impossibility to continue for exhaustion.



In conclusion, I want to say that I find so important that everyone knows how to do this procediment because it really can solve lifes,
