Dear Sir/Madam,

12^th March 2015

My name is David Alcaraz, I am writing this email to show my dissapoint with Magic Music festival produced in Villarobledo in february. Most of the information announcing the website, the artists and the price of the room was different from was promised.

To begin the festival promised a capacity of twenty thousand people and there could enter or 15,000, also promised hot water in the showers, something that I never get to see. The website too announced that will be more than 50 groups not which 20 were lost because I did not get to see either. The information of the website promised DJs until 4 am, which is totally false because none came at 3.30 am, finally but not least I would like the famous buffet had asqueros food that I would not have to be able to eat anymore.

I really think that you should return the money to the visitors of the festival, because the reasons before i explained.
