My name is Cristian Borrallo, I am writing
this email to show my dissatisfaction with Magic Music festival held in
Barcelona last February, many of the details on schedules, guest artists and
discounts on tickets that you advertised on the website are misleading.
To start,
on its website announcing that the purchase of two tickets would have a
discount of 50% which is not true
because when i pay the tickets did not apply to me the discount because it was
necessary to have a student card, then the promotion was not valid. The second
reason for my complaint is that the schedules of the concerts or the order of
the artists were not met, since in its web Artic Monkeys announced that would
give a concert at 18.00 on Saturday afternoon until about 19.30, which was
uncertain as this group did not begin his performance until 21:00 and the
concert lasted no more than forty-five minutes limited. Another reason for my
discontent is announcing that PJ Harvey concert would attend as guest artist
Tom Yorke thing that was not true and no explanation was given for his absence.
Hopefully in the next festival you have
more care in such details because people like me spend our money to enjoy the
magnificent artists and felt deceived by you. Next time be responsible for the
information posted on its website.
