Dear Sir / Madame

I am writing related with the Magic Music Fest on 15th of March. I attended the festival, paying 50 euros to the entrance, thinking that would be the poster advertised. But when I entered the site, I found that all poster had changed.

As you can deduce, I'm enough disappointed with the organization because we weren't warned about the changes and also not gave us the opportunity to cancel the entry.

We ask if  you can return the ticket price, since the concerts were not of our liking.

Hopefully that you understands our complaint.
